Capabilities Applied/Processes

Primary operation consisted of CNC turning.

Parts were turned oversize then Heat Treated to RC 58-62. Cylindrical Grinder was used for the grinding process. The Shank is a #2 Morse Taper and the Center is at 60 degrees.

Tolerance is (.0002) Runout between Shank and Center. 

Delivery/Turnaround Time

Quantity was 4 pieces with delivery of 4 weeks.
